Financial Value Transparency / Gainful Employment Program Report

The functionality to report program-specific data to assist with the NSLDS Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment reporting requirement is now available. Financial Value Transparency / Gainful Employment Student Report

The functionality to report student-specific data to assist with the NSLDS Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment reporting requirement is now available. FISAP Report is now available

Two reports are generated to help you complete the financial aid sections of the FISAP Report:

• Part II, Section F: Information on Eligible Aid Applicants Enrolled in Your School

• Part VI, Section A: Distribution of Program Recipients and Expenditures by Type of Student

FWS COD Reporting

The functionality to report Federal Work-Study earnings to COD through Campus-Based Reporting is available in the 25.3 Release. In order to add earnings to a student record for calendar year 2024 or 2025, they must have a Federal Work-Study award for award year 2024-2025. Student Information Import

The student information import has been updated to version 6.0 to include fields for importing Federal Work-Study earnings. See the File Layouts page for more information.

Student module

• Aid Package> Reconciliation: The Updated Required fields now appropriately update for Pell Grant awards.

Reporting module

• Standard Reports> Common Data Set: Sections H1-H6 now the display the correct data when generated. To ensure accurate reporting, view our CDS Quick Reference Guide.

Import/Export module

• Federal Award Processing (COD)> Grant & Loan Import: The COD import process has been updated to properly update the Disbursement Release Indicator based on the contents the incoming file.
