Federal Work-Study

The Federal Work-Study screen captures data needed to generate the Campus-Based Report for COD. The data is organized into calendar years and award years, which are populated when a federal work-study award is added to the student’s aid package based on the award year to pay from of the award.

Example: If the award year to pay from for the federal work-study award is 2024-2025, then the Federal Work-Study page will populate with a tab for calendar year 2024 and a tab for calendar year 2025. Each calendar year will have an award year section for 2024-2025.
