ISIR Corrections processing now available in PowerFAIDS for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 award years

Updates
Updates to support 2025-2026 award year Federal specifications
COD processing in PowerFAIDS, as well as the college financing plan functionality, has been updated to support the 2025-2026 award year.
Student Information Import and Program Import file layouts have been updated
The Student Information Import file layout has been updated to indicate that when adding a program, the Program.TeacherExpert field will default to a value of false if the column is not included or if it is left blank for a student.
Additionally, the Program Import file layout has been updated to reflect changes to the code look up values for fields supporting FVT/GE reporting.
The COD Import and Export dashboards have been renamed to COD Grant & Loan Import and COD Grant & Loan Export. This change is to support additional COD workflows that will be coming in a future release.COD Import and Export dashboards have been renamed
Fixes
Student module
- The tracking status now updates correctly after updating fields that impact the tracking status.
- When a student is associated with both the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years, running the disbursement authorization export process for the 2024-2025 academic year no longer causes the student's tracking status in the 2025-2026 academic year to progress incorrectly.
- The Total Sent column in the Communications Log page now displays an accurate count of communications sent to the student.
- When moving from one student record to the next from the Requirements page, the page no longer momentarily displays the previous student's data.
- Academic years can now successfully be removed from a student.
Reporting module
- Award Source Summary Report now displays the correct Count of Awards value for Federal Pell Grants.
- V4/V5 Verification Results Report now displays data specific to the selected award year.
System Administration module
- The Save button in the Communication Templates editor now always becomes active after editing the text in a conditional text block.
Known Issues
- Academic Years & Payment Periods: When trying to change to both a student's academic year and payment period simultaneously, the system sometimes returns an error. Save the changes for the academic year updates, then make the payment period updates and do a separate save.
- Custom Report Filters: When generating a custom report that uses report filters, fields that contain a value of 0 are instead displayed as blank in the report output. Remove the report filter from affected reports. The report output can be filtered (using Excel) after it is generated.
