Copying a Custom Process

There is no direct copy option for custom process, however individual functions can be copied. To copy an entire custom process, we recommend using the following workflow:

  1. Open your Sandbox environment of PowerFAIDS.
  2. Select System Administration in the top navigation bar to open the System Administration menu along the left side of the page.
  3. Expand the Tools options in the left navigation menu and select Custom Processes.
  4. From the Custom Processes list, select the custom process you want to copy.

  2. Select System Administration in the top navigation bar to open the System Administration menu along the left side of the page.
  3. Expand the Tools options in the left navigation menu and select Custom Processes.
  4. Select the + icon next to the Custom Processes header to open the Create Custom Process window.

  1. From the Function Name list, select the function you want to add.
  2. Once selected, the function type and description are displayed. Review and confirm the details match your desired scenario.
  3. Select Add Function.

  1. Select and drag the connector icon on the function you want to perform first until the line reaches the connector icon on the second function.

    For true/false functions, you will select and drag the green icon on the left for the true condition, and the red icon on the right for the false condition.

  2. If you need to remove a connector, select the connector with your mouse and then select Backspace (Windows) or Delete (Mac) on your keyboard.
