Copying an Existing Function into Another Custom Process

Open the custom process you want to add the function to and select Add Existing Function.

Select System Administration in the top navigation bar to open the System Administration menu along the left side of the page.
Expand the Tools options in the left navigation menu and select Custom Processes.
From the Custom Processes list, select the custom process you want to add the function to.
Select Add Existing Function.

Select the existing function you want to add.

From the Function Name list, select the function you want to add.
Once selected, the function type and description are displayed. Review and confirm the details match your desired scenario.

Select Add Function.

A success message is displayed in the upper right portion of the page letting you know the function has been added.

Tip: Only a copy of the original function has been added to the custom process. You can now update the function without impacting the original function in any way.

Edit the function as needed.

Once created, you'll see the function in the custom process workspace. Make any necessary edits to the parameters you previously set in the copied function. Updates made to the function will not impact the original function; it is a copy only.
