Student Information Import Results Report

Each time the student information import process is run, a new results report is generated. The results report indicates the posting status of each student record and provides details if a record was not posted.

Tip: You may see information populating on the results report before a process has fully completed. In order to view the completed report, wait to access the report until you receive the green notification message that the process has completed.

To review the results of a student information import process, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Expand the Data From Other Systems option in the left navigation menu and select Student Information Import.
  1. Select Results Reports in the Student Information Import header.
  2. A list of all results reports are displayed. Identify the report you wish to view and select View Report.

The results report displays key information about how the student record was processed. See the explanations below for more information on the Posting Statuses that appear in the results.

Posting Statuses:

  • Posted: Data from the associated file was posted to the student record successfully.
  • Not Posted: Data from the associated file was not posted to the student record. See the Details column for more information.
