File Manager

The file manager is a central location in PowerFAIDS Cloud where you can upload, download, or archive student files. There is also an embedded version of the file manager within each workflow in the Import/Export module, so you have the option to upload an ISIR file directly from within the ISIR import process, for example.

Using the file manager to manage student files:

• Centralizes all documents for each feature: The file manager gives PowerFAIDS users a central place to access and upload all files. All files can be found listed in the folder for the associated feature, organized under Import or Export.
• Creates ease of access and organization: Since the file manager centralizes all the files into one spot, it alleviates additional steps for accessing files. Furthermore, it organizes all the documents into their corresponding feature, creating a streamlined way to find and access all files.

From the file manager, you can:

• Upload a file to be imported
• Download an exported file
• Archive files
