Private Loans Export Dashboard and Results Report
The Private Loans Export Dashboard is used to export private loan information into a file that can be sent to private loan service providers, lenders, and others.
Using PowerFAIDS to export private loan information provides:
Flexibility to export private loan information and view results reports in the same space: Within the Private Loans Export Dashboard, you can both export private loan files and view the corresponding results reports within the same space. Once you run the export, the results report is displayed at the top of the Export Results Reports table, with any previous results reports listed below.
Ability to batch send and reconcile data: Using PowerFAIDS, you can streamline awarding private loans by using batch to export send files rather than going through each service provider's page individually.
Ability to run in simulation mode: In addition to running in real mode, the process can be run in simulation mode. Regardless of the mode, a results report is available at the end of the process. The results report provides you with the status of each award and, if applicable, the reason(s) it wasn’t successful.
Navigating the Private Loans Export Dashboard
The Private Loans Import Dashboard has two main sections:
-
The Private Loans Export header: Where you start the export private loans process, manage recipients, and set your global export options.
-
The Export Results Report table: Each time the Private Loans Export process is run, regardless of simulation or real mode, a results report is created. This section displays the list of those reports including data points like the date, who ran it, the type and mode of process that was run, along with the file name if one was created, and a link to view each individual report.
Private Loans Export Results Report
Each time the Private Loans Export process is run, a results report is generated. This happens regardless of the mode the process is run in (simulation or real). The results report indicates the status of the run that was attempted and specific details if it was not exported. In addition, you can view more details on the individual records within the files.
To review the results of a private loans file export, complete the following steps:
Tip: There are many customization options available within tables in PowerFAIDS so you can use and organize the data to your liking. This includes rearranging the columns, searching the table, filtering the data, and exporting the table. For more information, see Working with Tables.
