ISIR Import Results Reports

Each time the ISIR import process is run, a new results report is generated. The results report indicates the posting status of each transaction and provides details if a transaction was not posted.

Tip: You may see information populating on the results report before a process has fully completed. In order to view the completed report, wait to access the report until you receive the green notification message that the process has completed.

To review the results of an ISIR import, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Expand the ISIR option in the left navigation menu and select Import.
  3. Select the Award Year in the ISIR import header that is associated with the ISIRresults report you wish to view.
  1. Select Results Reports in the ISIR Import header.
  2. A list of all results reports for the award year selected are displayed. Identify the report you wish to view and select View Report.

The results report displays key information about how the ISIR transaction was processed. See the explanations below for more information on the Posting Statuses that appear in the results.

Posting Statuses:

  • Posted: The ISIR was posted successfully.
  • Only NSLDS Data Posted: Only financial aid history data from NSLDS was posted. This occurs when ISIR importing has been disabled for a student from within their student record.
  • Not Posted: The ISIR transaction was not posted. See the Messages column for details.
  • Previously Posted: The ISIR was posted on prior post processes and was then overridden by a subsequent post process. See the Messages column for details.
