Manually Posting or Re-posting an ISIR File

ISIRs can be posted or re-posted manually from the Search and Post section of the ISIR Import Dashboard. This workflow may be more common in schools who set the ISIR import process to only update existing students, or for those who have not enabled the Find and Post Newly Qualified Not Posted Transactions setting.

To manually post or re-post an ISIR, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to ISIR Import within Import/Export.

1. Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
2. Select the Award Year in the ISIR Import header that is associated with the ISIR.

1. Perform a search to locate one or more ISIR transactions.

1. In the Search and Post section, enter at least one search criteria in either the Status, Student, or Date fields.
2. Select View Transactions.

1. Review the results.

Any ISIR transactions that match the search criteria are displayed in the results. Each row can be expanded to view details regarding the ISIR transaction.

1. Post the transactions.

1. To queue an ISIR transaction for posting, select the check box to the left of the SSN. Multiple ISIR transactions can be selected at one time.
2. Once all the desired ISIR transactions have been selected, select Post Selected.
3. After reviewing the posting options, select Post. A message is displayed in the upper right portion of the page indicating that the ISIR post process has started. A separate message will display once the ISIR post process has finished. Once this message appears the results are available to review.
