Packaging Results

Once the packaging process has completed on the student record, the Packaging Results window shows you, fund by fund, the reasons a student was or was not awarded a fund during the packaging process.

This window also shows you the user that last initiated automated packaging for the student and the date it was initiated in the Formula Used By and Formula Used Date fields.

To view packaging results after packaging has completed on a student record, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Aid Package within the student record.

1. Search for and select the student record you want to package. For more information see Searching for Student Records.
2. Expand the Packaging options in the middle navigation menu and select Aid Package.

1. Navigate to the Packaging Results section within the appropriate Academic Year.

1. From the Academic Year list, select the year you wish to review

   

   Caution: The Aid Package page automatically displays the Academic Year with the latest actual start date associated with that student. Be sure to always select the appropriate academic year when interacting with aid packages.

2. Select Packaging Results.

   

   A window is displayed with detailed information on which funds were and were not awarded to that student.
