Aid Package History

The Aid Package History feature in PowerFAIDS Cloud is a packaging audit trail, allowing you to view the full details of each aid package the student has been awarded.

To view the packaging history on the student record, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Aid Package within the student record.

1. Search for and select the student record you want to package. For more information see Searching for Student Records.
2. Expand the Packaging options in the middle navigation menu and select Aid Package.

1. Navigate to the Aid Package History menu within the appropriate Academic Year.

1. From the Academic Year list, select the year you wish to review

   

   Caution: The Aid Package page automatically displays the Academic Year with the latest actual start date associated with that student. Be sure to always select the appropriate academic year when interacting with aid packages.

2. Expand the Aid Package History menu in the upper right corner to open a list of past versions of the aid package.

   

    

3. Select the version of the aid package you want to view. A snapshot of the aid package at that date and time is displayed.

1. To return to the active aid package, select Return to the Current Version

The view will return to the current version of the aid package.
