Batch Processing Module

The Batch Processing module is used to run processes for multiple students at once, including packaging. You can batch add individual awards, run packaging formulas, generate communications, and update student data. By using Batch Packaging, you increase equity across student subpopulations since you can equitably distribute limited funds to students. With other batch processes, you also gain efficiency since you can communicate with and award multiple students at once. While Batch Processing within PowerFAIDS allows for efficiency, it doesn’t compromise your needs for flexibility to customize communications and awards based on the individual needs of students.
