ISIR Correction Export Results Report
Each time the ISIR correction export process runs, a new results report is generated. The results report indicates the status of each attempted correction and provides details if a correction was not exported.
Tip: You may see information populating on the results report before a process has fully completed. In order to view the completed report, wait to access the report until you receive the green notification message that the process has completed.
To review the results of an ISIR correction export, complete the following steps:
Navigate to ISIR Export Correction within Import/Export.
- Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
- Expand the ISIR option in the left navigation menu and select Export Correction.
- Select the Award Year in the ISIR Correction Export header that is associated with the ISIR.
Review the ISIR corrections results report.
- A list of all results reports for the award year selected is displayed. The Mode column identifies if the process was run in simulation. Identify the report you wish to view and select View Report.
- The results report indicates if a correction was generated for each student in the population along with a reason for why a correction was not generated (if applicable). If the process was run in simulation, the report indicates whether a correction file would be generated for the selected population, but no file is generated for any students.
