Global Posting Options

Before importing Disbursement Reconciliation files for the first time, be sure to review and configure the global posting options. Setting the global posting options based on your schools processing preferences prevents users from having to set these options manually in the Disbursement Reconciliation Import process each time, though they will still have the option to do so if a setting needs to be changed for a particular file.

To configure the global posting options, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Disbursement Reconciliation Import within Import/Export.

1. Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
2. Expand the Finance Reporting option in the left navigation menu and select Disbursement Reconciliation Import.

1. Configure the Global Posting Options.

1. Select Global Posting Options in the Disbursement Reconciliation Import header.
2. Configure the Global Posting Options based on school preferences.
3. After configuring according to your preferences, select Save.
