Migrating to PowerFAIDS

Begin planning your move to PowerFAIDS Cloud by requesting a PowerFAIDS consultation via PowerFAIDS-Cloud@collegeboard.org. The consultation includes a review of the timeline, feature roadmap, pricing, and your next steps. We look forward to speaking with you and your colleagues.

Phases

Migrating to PowerFAIDS Cloud is broken down into 4 phases outlined below.

Phase 1:
Preparation

Meet your dedicated migration specialist and complete preparation activities and foundational training.

Phase 2:
Setup

Setup PowerFAIDS as you’re led through six two-week cycles with the rest of your migration cohort.

Phase 3:
Training

Complete modular topic-based training with your full office staff that can be customized based on roles and responsibilities.

Phase 4:
Launch

Complete new year setup and migrate continuing students into PowerFAIDS. Then you’ll begin processing aid for the new year with the start of ISIR processing.
