Select the + icon in the Users header to open the Create New User window.
Note: The User Status and Required MFA Set Up fields are not available in the Create User window but can be edited once the user has been created. For more information on managing user status and MFA set up, see Managing Users.
Complete the fields with information about the user. All fields are required.
Note: The System Admin setting is only available in the user interface for system administrators.
Tip: Use the field level help included in the PowerFAIDS user interface for fields you are unsure about by selecting the info icon next to the field in question.
