Adding a Program to a Student Record

To add a program to a student record, complete the following steps:

  1. Search for and select the student record to which you want to add the program.
  2. Expand the Academic Profile options in the left navigation menu and select Programs.
  1. Expand the Tools menu and select + Add Program to open the Add New Program window.
  2. Select the Program field to see a list of programs available for assignment and select the one you want to assign to this student record.

    To narrow down your options in the dropdown list, you can also begin typing the name of the program you're looking for.

  1. Enter the date the student started the program in the Start Date field.
  2. Enter the date the student finished or left the program in the End Date field.

    If the student is still actively enrolled in this program, leave this field blank.

  1. Select Add. A success message is displayed in the upper right portion of the page letting you know the program has been added.
