Generating a Custom Report

To generate a custom report, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Reporting in the top navigation bar to open the Reporting menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Select Custom Reports.
  1. From the Custom Reports list, select the custom report you want to generate.
  2. From the Tools menu in the upper right of the Custom Reports header, select Generate Report.

Note: If you include admin data only, the population chosen will not impact the report.

  1. Optionally, select Preview Report to preview the report in the Generate Report window before downloading it.

    Note: If needed, you can also filter the data shown in the preview. However, note that these options are only available for previewing purposes and will not be saved when you generate the report.

  2. Select Download to File Manager. A green success message appears in the top right to let you know the report is being generated and that it was generated successfully.
  1. Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Select File Manager.
  1. In the File Manager, navigate to Exports > Reporting > Custom Reports.
  2. Select the report you want to download.

    Tip: To download multiple documents, you can multi-select files by using your keyboard. If you wish to select multiple files that are listed next to one another, press and hold shift and select the first and last file from the list. If you wish to select multiple files not listed beside one another, press and hold Ctrl and select your desired files.

  3. Select the Download download icon icon.

    Note: Once you've selected to download the file, it can be located on your device in the Downloads folder, or another file location depending on your browser settings.
