If functionality is not working as expected, please check the Known Issues list before logging a support request.

Support Request

Support Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding College Board holidays.

Support Request: To submit a support request complete the Support Request form found in PowerFAIDS under the Help icon.

After Hours Support Request

Only critical issues impacting system availability and security will receive an after hours response. Please contact your campus PowerFAIDS administrator for assistance with usernames and passwords. Our team cannot reset username and passwords.
