If this occurs, you can use the Batch Update Field Value process to update the Tracking Status value in the 2025-2026 academic year for any impacted students. |

If a Federal Pell Grant award in a student's aid package has the Hold value set to Yes and is associated with a payment period that crosses over two federal award years, originating the award to COD causes the Disbursement Number for that award to be incorrectly updated once the origination is accepted and disbursements have been made. |
In these cases, do not send the award to COD until the award is no longer on hold. |
