When a student is associated with both the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years, running the disbursement authorization export process for the 2024-2025 academic year can in rare cases cause the student's tracking status in the 2025-2026 academic year to progress incorrectly. |
If this occurs, you can use the Batch Update Field Value process to update the Tracking Status value in the 2025-2026 academic year for any impacted students. |
