Copying a Program

To create a copy of a program, complete the following steps:

  1. Select System Administration in the top navigation bar to open the System Administration menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Expand the Campus Information options in the left navigation menu and select Programs.
  1. From the Programs list, select the program you want to copy.
  2. From the Tools menu in the upper right of the Programs header, select Create Copy.
  1. The Name field will default to “Copy of <name of program being copied>”. If you want to update this name, you can delete the default value and replace it with the desired name.
  2. Select Create. A success message is displayed in the upper right portion of the page letting you know the program has been created.

Once created, you'll see the program in the Programs list. Select it from the list to make any necessary edits to the parameters you previously set in the copied program.
