NSLDS FVT/GE Program Report

This report provides program-specific data to assist with the NSLDS Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment reporting requirement. The file is generated in a CSV format and follows the layout specified by NSLDS.

To generate a FVT/GE Program report, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Reporting in the top navigation bar to open the Reporting menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Select Standard Reports.
  1. From the Standard Report list, select FVT/GE Program Report.
  2. Choose the federal award year from which you want to pull data from the Award Year list.
  1. Specify if the Invalid Flag should remain defaulted to ‘No’ or if it should be set to ‘Yes’. If set to ‘Yes’, specify the following:
    • Invalidate All Programs:
      • No – You must select the programs you wish to invalidate. This will invalidate the data previously sent for the selected programs only.
      • Yes - This will invalidate the data previously sent for all programs.
  1. Select Generate Report. A green success message appears in the top right to let you know the report is being generated and a second green message will appear once the file is generated successfully.
  1. Select Import/Export in the top navigation bar to open the Import/Export menu along the left side of the page.
  2. Select File Manager.
  1. In the File Manager, navigate to Exports > Reporting > Standard Reports.
  2. Select the report you want to download.

    Tip: To download multiple documents, you can multi-select files by using your keyboard. If you wish to select multiple files that are listed next to one another, press and hold shift and select the first and last file from the list. If you wish to select multiple files not listed beside one another, press and hold Ctrl and select your desired files.

  3. Select the Download download icon icon.

    Note: Once you've selected to download the file, it can be located on your device in the Downloads folder, or another file location depending on your browser settings.
